  3. Pack the Item Securely : Carefully repack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Follow the return shipping guidelines provided. Return shipping charges will not be applicable as we prioritize customer satisfaction.
  4. Verification & Processing : After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will initiate a refund or arrange for a replacement.
Products Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us immediately by following the return steps mentioned above. In such cases, we will offer a replacement at no additional charge. Kindly mention your preference for a replacement when contacting support.

Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please inform our customer support team. If the new product costs more than the original item, you will be required to pay the price difference. Exchanges are not available for items priced lower than the originally purchased product.
